Plot summary

Kaptaan Singh Grewal (Gippy Grewal) is a lawyer who has no interest in his profession and only became one due to his father's pressure. He is lazy, irresponsible, and careless and often gets into trouble with his clients and colleagues. His father, Dhillon (Pankaj Dheer), is a retired judge who is disappointed with his son's attitude and performance. He wants Kaptaan to take up a high-profile case of a politician who is accused of corruption, but Kaptaan refuses to do so.

One day, Kaptaan meets Preeti (Monica Gill), a journalist who works for an NGO that exposes the illegal activities of powerful people. She asks Kaptaan to help her in a case involving a land scam that involves the same politician that Dhillon wants him to defend. Kaptaan agrees to help her, hoping to impress her and get close to her. However, he soon realizes that the case is not as simple as it seems and that he has to face many challenges and dangers along the way.
